About Nancy Hamm

Nancy Hamm cncs, is the creator, author and founder of Gentle Ventures.  The classes and manual were created by Ms Hamm.   Gentle Venture classes have been in the making for years and they continue to be updated monthly.  The information in the classes was obtained through research on the Internet, books, news reports, scientific research, experience from other professionals and personal experience.  Ms. Hamm personally teaches each of the classes.  Ms. Hamm takes pride in the fact that she personally is available to answer your questions during  business hours.  Please feel free to email or phone any questions you may have on the classes or situations you may come across on the job

Ms. Hamm has 21 years of experience as a Newborn Care Specialist.  She has worked with only newborns changing from daytime duty, to night and around the clock duty years ago.

Ms. Hamm is the owner of Exclusively Baby Nurses and The Baby Nurse Directory.  She has over 35,000 hours of hands on newborn experience.  She is also dedicated to the ongoing education of the professional Newborn Care Specialist, Doula, Nanny, Midwife, RN, LPN, CNA, Mommy, Childcare worker, or anyone dedicated to or interested in newborn care.  Ms. Hamm teaches the Gentle Ventures classes all over the nation and will continue to raise the standard of the people  responsible for the care of newborns.
