1.  On-Line Classes:  9 classes ranging from 1 hour - 3 hours for each class.  These classes are purchased in a group.  See below to purchase each class separately. Total for all classes is: $250 + manual $55 & postage $15*  (NORMAL PRICE $375 +manual and shipping)



At your request, Gentle Ventures will send out a certificate after you complete the course. You must have listened to all the classes and returned the scenario sent to you in your welcome letter.  In the same letter you will also receive links to updates and videos to watch.  Your manual will have questions after every chapter to help you pass the NCSA certification test. Your welcome letter will also include instructions on how to take the classes.

There are other on-line classes offered.  Please make sure you check them out as this is the most extensive class offered.  You will get what you pay for.

2.  Pay As You Go Classes. $20 off You can take one class at a time and take the classes you want to take.  (The Sleep training class is not included in this offer.  That must be taken with option #5.  You must choose the new student option).  Classes 1 & 3 - 9 are included in this offer.  You will not receive a manual.  The manual only comes with the on-line, private or group class.  EACH CLASS IS $60 ea. (now $40)   A workbook is included with each class.  Answering the questions in the workbook will help you pass the NCSA certification test.  See curriculum here for detailed description of all the classes.  If you complete all the classes you will be able to purchase the manual if you wish.  Just contact Ms. Hamm.  If after listening to one class you decide to take the entire course a $40 credit will be applied to the on line class.

3.  One-On-One Class:  Ms. Hamm will conduct a class with you in a private setting.  Your location or hers.  Please call or email Ms Hamm to set up your 3 day class.  This is a great way to get hands on instruction and pick the brain of an expert. $700 includes the  manual.*  NEW In July 2012 Ms Hamm will be offering the class with a room for you to stay in while in Phoenix at no charge.  You are responsible for your food and transportation.  This price will include a 2 night stay.  You must book in advance to save your 3 day period.

4.  Group Classes:  These classes will take place from a Friday thru Sunday at predetermined location with a group of 7 or more depending on the location.  Learn all the latest techniques through demonstrations and questions. 5.  Video Sleep Training for sleep training is on line now.  This is a complete instructional video of how to be a successful sleep trainer.  Nothing is held back from this 2 1/2 hour video.  $125 (normally $200)  If you are a Gentle Ventures student you can receive this class at 50% off. Once you pay for the class you will be taken directly to the class.  You can purchase the PDF that goes with the class if you choose.  Please be aware that you must be a former or current student to receive the class at 1/2 off.  Anyone who attempts to take the class for 1/2 price  and is not a student will be shut down and there will be no refund of monies.*

8.  Free Colic Information:  Click on the link below to watch a free 12 min. video on Colic and new ways to alleviate this miserable time in your newborn's life.   Colic Video  This will also give you an idea of my teaching style if you are considering taking a class.

These classes are approved by the NCSA (Newborn Care Specialist Association).  That does not mean that you will be certified by the NCSA by taking this course you must first fulfill the NCSA's requirements.  You must go to the NCSA website and review the requirements and then do the required steps to become certified by the NCSA. 

Refund Policy: 

Our goal is customer satisfaction.  Should you at anytime feel the classes are not providing you with the information you expected, please give us a call and we will refund your money.  You will be expected to return the manual within 7 days in usable condition, with no pages missing or damaged (priority mail). A $50 cancellation fee plus a $60 fee for every class you have listened to will be withheld from the refund.

You may return the unopened manual to Gentle Ventures within 7 days of receipt for a complete refund if no classes were accessed.  For every class accessed $60 will be withheld from the refund. 

You may also transfer your monies to any of the other classes i.e.: classes in person, one on one classes or any of the classes offered on line.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. 

Full refunds will be given on any cancelled in person class.
