ON LINE CLASSES: Gentle Ventures would be happy to send you a sample of a chapter in PDF file so you may review the quality of the information you will be receiving. Once the manual is received (signature confirmation is required on all manual's sent out) full refunds will no longer be given. The information sent out is proprietary information. Any monies paid may be transferred for use with any of the classes, on-line, one-on-one classes, in-person classes. We will make every effort to answer all class questions and are on call during normal business hours. Please review the curriculum to make sure it is the information you are looking for. Be sure your computer will allow for the playing of windows media before ordering an on line class. We make every effort to offer you the best quality, most updated, professional material possible. We are approved by the NCSA (Newborn Care Specialist Association) If you are not satisfied with the course please contact Gentle Ventures and we will be happy to refund your money (less the shipping and handling) with the return of all materials in the same condition they were received. Failure to abide by this requirement will lead to immediate action on my part. IN PERSON CLASS: Please note Cancellation Policy on in-person class: Your deposit is non-refundable. The balance is transferable to the on line class or a future in-person class. If the balance has been paid 14 days before the class date the balance is refundable. After the 14 day limit you may transfer the funds to another in person class or on line class.
