It was amazing to learn very important tips about swaddling and find out new ways to keep the babies tucked. It was very exciting to learn about how to put the baby to sleep and find out that with simplicity how to grow on your business and make extra dollars. It was amazing, We had the training on the weekend and the next following Monday I was putting into practice the sleep training methods I had learned with the twins I was working with and a week after had a contract to put 6 weeks old twins on a schedule. The money I invested was worth it but meant almost nothing in comparison on how much knowledge we received.

I was able also to meet other NCS’s and was able to hook up together for upcoming contracts since I am already book through the year. I am so glad and very happy because this workshop was a WIN, WIN, WIN

Also I was wanting to mention the great knowledge we got about contracts and business related stuff that would help us success and not letting clients take advantage of you.

Everything was perfect, location was great and comfortable, class was amazing. Nancy would do anything to keep you focus and made the class entertaining as well as informative. As a Bonus, she is an open book, available to any questions we may have or any kind of assistance you may need, she came across as a very trustful person to ask for any advise. I have finished the training.....phew!!!! it was quite intense, but very interesting, and I really quite enjoyed it.

With my nanny experiences and by completing the classes, has made me feel more educated and a confident professional; resulting in being able to provide a high level of service to my clients.

I think this class is awesome, I have (been) a Newborn Care Specialist for 15 years and have been to Nanny College, so it will be fantastic to tell everyone about your class. I really hope that everyone who is in our business, has to take your class before being hired.

I did not realize how little I knew until I took your test, before taking the class. After completing the class, I am so much more confident and I learned so much information, making my job easier and less stressful. I really do know what to do in any situation that comes up, and while I was good before your classes, I am a much better Newborn Care Specialist now!!! I did not realize I had so much to learn! Thank you so much for patiently imparting your knowledge to us. I have been an RN for years in the INCU and still learned so much from your class. I left your class with the knowledge and confidence to leave the hospital and go out on my own.

This class has been very beneficial in the furtherance of my career. It has affirmed many of the ways I would have instinctively chosen to do things and handle situations relating to newborn care, as well as given me valid explanations and simple facts to back up why we do such methods.

I have learned so many new things in the areas of homeopathic, natural and more holistic care. All of which, I am personally more comfortable with. (And are the ways I would lean towards in my own health.) For example, your strong stance on rooting out chemicals from all food, hair and skin products, ointments, this would be what I would do with my own care. Why did I not consider the laurylth sulfate in the Johnson & Johnson for the infant or the harsh chemicals in the diaper rash creams? Because I knew no other options, or that these other more natural options would work. The teachings have given me many leads to more natural care.

Regarding DHA/ARA in formula, I am so amazed at your teachings on this product found I formula. I had an infant on Lipil DHD/AHA and had horrible gas, colic and discomfort of every sort. We tried everything and tons of different formulas; the only one that worked was that little, purple can of Good Start. I never even thought it could have to do with the DHA/ARA. Now I know. Concluding again, I feel more affirmed and equipped in the most natural form of newborn care.

You also have won me over to swaddling. Where I once only used it to soothe, rather than as part of a routine, I now plan to use it and encourage it with every client. I thought how you communicate this could be used as a form of communicating with the newborn that it was time to sleep, was sheer brilliance. I have understood there are ways to communicate with children too young to talk (ie. Sign language at young ages or how loving thoughts and affections communicate…) but you have given me many new ways to communicated effectively with newborns. For example, temperature of bottles, swaddling, consistent sleeping area used only for sleep, scheduled bathing…ect.

How to communicate with parents professionally, what are appropriate duties and what boundaries to set, have always been gray to me. After your extensive teaching on this, I feel much more self-assured in the professional arena. I also feel more educated in the area of simple illnesses that can arise and how to handle them.

Wow! Not only do I now know how to put on a diaper, but I can sleep train a baby and know what to do if mom has postpartum. Your class is amazing. When I walked through your door, I did not know anything and you patiently did hands on training with us. You walked us through everything step by step. Thank you so much. I am so excited to be doing my internship and starting my new career!!
